用碱洗工艺脱除乙烯装置裂解气中的硫化物时,会产生硫化物浓度和化学需氧量(COD)均较高的碱渣废水。乙烯碱渣废水含有油、挥发酚、硫化物和高浓度的无机盐,使用普通生物处理方法废水很难有效降解,若将乙烯碱渣废水混入常规污水进行处理,会对污水处理设施的负荷造成很大冲击,从而影响常规污水的处理质量。焚烧法、催化氧化法、湿式氧化法是处理碱渣废水的常用方法[1],由于存在投资大、处理费用高、污染环境等缺点,这些技术的应用受到了制约。韩国SK集团研究开发的生物强化工艺是一种高效的生物氧化处理技术,通过微生物代谢氧化过程来氧化分解污水中的有机物,从而提高污水处理系统的处理效率。该工艺已成功应用于柴油碱渣、汽油碱渣、液态烃碱渣、航煤碱渣废水的处理,并取得了较好的经济效益和环保效益。为了提高乙烯碱渣废水的处理效率,北京燕山威立雅水务有限责任公司采用生物强化工艺在20 L/h试验装置进行了中间试验,目的是通过试验验证该工艺的适用性和乙烯碱渣废水的处理效果,优化试验装置的操作参数,同时根据试验数据估算乙烯碱渣废水的处理费用,为该工艺的工业应用提供技术支持。With alkali washing technology for removing ethylene plant cracking of sulfide in the gas will produce sulfide concentration and chemical oxygen demand (COD) were higher alkaline residue wastewater. Ethylene spent caustic wastewater containing oil, volatile phenols, sulphides and high concentration of inorganic salt, using conventional biological wastewater treatment process is very difficult to effectively degrade, if ethylene spent caustic wastewater mixed with conventional sewage treatment, the sewage treatment facilities load caused great impact, thus affecting the quality of conventional sewage treatment. Incineration method, catalytic oxidation, wet oxidation method is to deal with the common methods for spent caustic wastewater [1], due to the presence of large investment, high cost, environmental pollution and other shortcomings, the application of these technologies is restricted. South Korea SK group research and development of biological technology is an efficient biological oxidation treatment technology, through microbial metabolism oxidation process to oxidize the organic matter in wastewater, so as to improve the treatment efficiency of wastewater treatment system. The technology has been successfully applied in diesel alkaline residue, gasoline soda residue, liquid hydrocarbon residue, airlines coal alkaline residue wastewater treatment, and achieved good economic benefit and environmental protection benefit. In order to improve the efficiency of ethylene spent caustic wastewater treatment, Beijing Yanshan Veolia Water Co., Ltd. using biological techniques to strengthen the 20 L / h test device for the intermediate test to through the experiment verify the process applicability and ethylene spent caustic wastewater treatment effect, operating parameters of the optimized test device, and the ethylene spent caustic wastewater treatment cost is estimated based on the experimental data, for the industrial application of the technology to provide technical support.
