往复式压缩机气缸板式支撑稳定性模拟计算

【摘要】介绍了往复式压缩机气缸板式支撑的结构特点,总结了气缸支撑压杆稳定性的公式计算方法.对于公式计算方法中存在的偏差,应用有限元分析方法模拟计算,得出了支撑宽度修正系数和自由约束修正系数,经过修正的临界载荷计算公式更为准确.对采用有限元方法计算整列气缸刚度系数的方法也有所介绍,用以设置屈曲计算中的约束参数.采用ANSYS进行了气缸支撑的谐响应分析计算,用以模拟气缸支撑的稳定支撑作用.
The structural characteristics of Cylinder plate support for reciprocating compressor are introduced. The formula calculation method for the stability of cylinder support pressure bar is summed up. For the deviation in the formula calculation method, the finite element analysis method is applied to simulate calculation. The correction coefficient of support width and the free constraint correction coefficient are obtained, and the modified critical load is obtained. The load calculation formula is more accurate. The method of calculating the stiffness coefficient of the whole cylinder by the finite element method is also introduced to set the constraint parameters in the buckling calculation. The harmonic response analysis of the cylinder support is carried out by ANSYS to simulate the stable support of the cylinder support.
